Pricing Terms

These days, it’s becoming increasingly rare to find any sort of pricing information on an appliance repair company’s web site. ASAPpliance Repair is committed to honesty and transparency, so we plainly list our initial service fee: $59.95. This fee includes the trip charge and diagnostic fee, and it is waived if you choose to repair with us.

Each of our technicians carries the Major Appliance Service Pricing Guide (MASPG) which we use to apply a standard pricing model to all appliance repairs. We price by the job — not by the hour, so you won’t be spending more money for repairs that take longer than expected.

We do not charge extra for weekend or evening service.

The “Fine Print”

Our fee for commercial appliance service is $89.95.

Holiday and emergency service is available for an additional $50 fee. Emergency service is defined as any service call outside of our standard operating hours of 8am – 5pm Monday through Saturday. We consider holiday service to include New Years Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

If parking is difficult at your location, please let us know beforehand so that we can make proper arrangements. Parking fees under $10 will be covered by us.

For most of our customers, our service fee is simply $59.95.
